We are SCENT ARTS, a B2B scent company that provides ambience scenting to enhance brand experience. We create unique scent experience to build an emotional & long lasting memorable experience. We do this by spreading beautiful fragrance in the air at places like hospitals, retail stores etc. We connect our machines to customer’s AC system. We are looking for an experienced service technician who can perform below job roles.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Visiting to client’s site to Install and service of scent machines via HVAC systems to diffuse fragrance into selected targeted areas.
Prepare, complete and submit technical paperwork as per company guidelines.
Complete customer site survey inspections.
Monthly service of all types of scent machines.
Follow up with customer to verify their expectations are achieved.
Perform diagnostics and repairs.
Interface with Sales team to coordinate installation or replacement equipment when needed.
Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installed in client locations as required.
Make judgments on the right approach to deliver effective scenting in challenging environments.
Support sales team with technical requests
Diligently follow processes and complete tasks as directed in installation & service schedules with minimum supervision.
المهارات
Must have valid UAE driving license.
2-5 years as a well-rounded service/maintenance or mechanical or electrical or HVAC technician using small hand tools.
Understanding of HVAC mechanical systems.
Stock control experience.
Will have to travel all over UAE.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office.
Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well with changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have experience in designing and planning the AC systems in mid-size environments.
Good understanding of HVAC mechanical systems is an advantage.
Training with certification in HSE (Health, safety & environment procedures) is an advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Able to read and interpret building plans and blueprints is an advantage.
Excellent Customer role with good oral communications & social skills required.
Having minimum average-level spoken & written English language skills
Ability to use computer and business application on the phone or laptop.
Frequent travel to sites all over UAE.
