Responsibilities:

* Opening of a new company (Branch) in the UAE

* Defining the company’s development strategy and its implementation

* Achievement of the company’s financial goals

* Attracting customers and partners, increasing the volume of orders and the company’s profit

* Create and perform a sales plan, ensure its execution

* Participation in conferences and strategical negotiations

Requirements:

* Higher education

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position

* Knowledge in the medical equipment market

* Presentation, communication skills, leadership qualities

* Experience in developing and implementing a sales strategy

* Negotiation skills at any level

* Focus on the results

* Proactivity
