Ensure ingredients and products are always fresh
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Knowledge in any ways of cooking - Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Vast Experience in Arabic and Continental cuisines
Maintains a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Handle and store ingredients and food
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Good customer service
Knowledge in making reports
Flexible and able to work with a team
Can work under pressure
Can join immediately

• Secondary/Graduate/Vocational Course related to Food & Beverage

• Vast experience as a cook in UAE preferred

• Knowledge in Arabic and Continental cuisines

• Knows standard food safety measures and proper hygiene

• Good customer service

• Knowledge in making reports e.g Excel, Word (basic)

• Flexible and able to manage and work with a team

• Can work under pressure and less supervision

• Can join immediately
