Urgently require a Security Specialist with 6-8 yrs experience for one of the largest enterprises in Dubai good hands-on experience is Endgame EDR is mandatory.
• Maintenance and operations of major Endpoint Security Solutions, (Symantec Endpoint Security, Trend Micro Deep Security)
• Analysis of malware issues / security incidents.
• Follow documented escalation processes.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for platforms and drive the issue/problem resolution process.
• Deploy agents and policies on Elastic Endgame SMP Console.
• Provide day to day operational support for Elastic Endgame console
• Troubleshooting security incident based on EDR analysis
• React to PT based findings, example but not limited to creating use cases and customer rules.
