Responsibilities:
Have the ability to source Technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods: Head hunting, social media, referral centric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection, behavioral interviewing. In addition to this continuously provide new solutions and ideas for sourcing new methods to attract talent. This can be through new job boards, seeking and attending relevant conferences, building up talent pools.
As a Resourcer, it will be your job to support the Senior recruiter with talent pooling, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Qualification & Selection- Have the ability to measure the caliber and competence of candidates against strict requirements and briefs provided.
At all stages of the recruitment process ensures credibility is maintained through effective feedback.
Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates. Successfully liaise with mobilisation and HR teams to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate.

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ Recruitment experience.
Passionate and dedicated resourcer who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
Preference will be for Industry knowledge in the Construction/ Engineering industry
Knowledge of working in the Middle East
The ability to simultaneously manage a multitude of roles of up to 40 positions at any one time.
