Job Requirements
Strategic
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve Group-wide performance
• Identify and assess business ideas by analyzing market size and market growth, competition, barriers to entry, the Group s capabilities, cost-benefits, revenue forecasts etc.
• Identify synergies across the Group s companies, business units and functions and build actionable plans how to capture the value
• Help build strategies and business plans for new and existing ventures and business units
• Independently build presentation story-lines and perform research to support the narrative
• Define and introduce key performance indicators, linking operational and financial performances
• Prepare forecasts, budget and other key financial and business projections
• Perform detailed analysis and generate insights
• Prepare compelling proposals to government and private sector entities
Tactical
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports of different departments to the Executive Office
• Prepare briefs and decks for C-levels ahead of meetings
• Review and stress-test proposals and contracts
• Oversee execution of critical for the Group strategic initiatives
• Familiarize with the Group s portfolio and pro-actively support cross-group communication on critical initiatives
• Track and assess KPI performance, digging deep to understand critical trends and generate insights
• Provide leadership with insights regarding key technological news and trends, and what their impact may be for the company
• Translate strategies into actionable items / objectives for the Group
• Attend key internal meetings, and support the Chief of Staff in maintaining follow-up on actions
• Continuously introduce solutions to improve the work dynamic and reporting between you and the Chief of Staff
• Respond to ad-hoc queries as required by the Chief of Staff
