Requirements:
• University graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or above
• 6+ years’ experience in a credit role working in a bank or financial institution
• High level of maturity and good communication skills are required to balance the needs and expectations of external stakeholders and staff
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills with an ability to supervise teams
• Sound knowledge of credit policies and understanding of systems
