CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Position Title: Chief Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Manages all accounting processes for a real estate division, handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Ensures entity level legal and tax compliance with corporate / tax laws, rules, RERA laws / procedures, including VAT legislation / practice / procedures and monthly / annual filings
Coordinates with RERA auditors for ensuring timely delivery of RERA audits / reports
Tracks payment defaulters and reporting for further action in compliance with sale-purchase agreement or according to RERA Guidelines
Ensures scrutiny on contractors bills and timely payment to all suppliers and supplier accounts reconciliation
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any relevant courses; CPA/CIMA/CA/ACMA certifications is an advantage
Minimum 4 years of total work experience and at least 2 years’ experience in Managerial / Chief Accountant role in real estate, facility management real estate or property developer companies
Knowledge in RERA laws, rules and practices will be a plus
Must have managed a team of at least 3 to 5 Accountants preferably in a corporate with a minimum employee strength of 50
Solid technical accounting skills, including IFRS; Yardi Property Management Software experience is preferred
Experienced in all types of online banking transactions is a must
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
