Purpose of the Job:

From the standpoint of the Insurance Authority’s endeavor to raise the efficiency of working national cadres and build skills and capabilities in the sector in the field of innovation to provide sustainable and innovative insurance services in accordance with the best international standards

Section A: Job Description

Representing the company in terms of innovation.
Virtual attendance of innovation workshops and forums organized by the authority.
Presenting and displaying the innovative insurance company’s services and business.
Spreading the innovation culture in the company and encouraging the capacity building of employees in the field of innovation in insurance.
Submit proposals that contribute to the development of insurance services in the sector and everything related to innovation.

Reporting to: Manager – Legal & Compliance

Type of Employment: Permanent

Job Location: Dubai

Academic / Professional qualifications:

He must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates

Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in the similar field

Knowledge / Skills Required:

He must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates with a Family book.

Salary:

AED 10k - 12k pm

Benefits:

Annual bonus, increment, and insurance for self and spouse and 2 children up to the age of 18 years.
