Butcher

We are looking to hire Skilled Butchers who are available in the UAE, candidates must be fluent in English (Reading and Writing).

Job Responsibilities:-
-Collect new orders for meat and review outstanding orders from previous days on a daily basis.
-Determine if existing stock is sufficient for order. If yes, pick product according to order and finalize order to be dispatched. If no, determine quantities of raw material needed and arrange for LTO in order to transfer stock from Warehouse to Butchery.
-Ensure stock from Warehouse is according to standard by means of a visual and smell exercise and that it is also well within the shelf life limit.
-Prepare spices if needed according to recipe per product.
-Cut, prepare, mix, meat products according to orders specification and recipe. Temperature and time specifications are strictly adhered to.
-Raw meat is kept in refrigeration before production throughout the day in order to maintain the cold chain.
-Finished product is packed properly, labelled correctly with regards to HACCP regulation and orders prepared for dispatch on First-In-First-Out principle.

Cleaning, Personal Hygiene and Protective Clothing:
-Clean work area, equipment, machines, tables and structures after every shift according to cleaning procedures.
-Ensure hourly hand washing or after any contamination. Ensure knife and sharpening tools sterilization hourly throughout production hours.
-Ensure protective clothing is neat, clean and according to company standard, and disposable aprons are changed regularly.
-Cleaning of boots is done every time when production area is -Unfold and move unusable boxes to recycle paper section, plastic wrapping to recycle plastic section etc.
General
-Report acts of dishonesty to your supervisor immediately.
-Report any damages to property, product or environment immediately to supervisor.
-Demonstrate self-discipline with regards to attendance and time keeping.
-No protective clothing of company to be worn outside of company premises.
