الوصف الوظيفي · The nature of his duties is to sell the company’s approved product list and acquire a sustainable market share within the Bread & Pastry industry. The sales representative is a key player in the prosperity of the company, along his sales activities; he should maintain public relation with his clients and secure proper service after sales and accurate distribution. The sales representative is driven through the sales targets and plan set by the sales manager. He works under a specific schedule/routing and due dates to achieve these tasks. The sales representative must be organized prepare his tasks on daily basis and maintain a close relation with the accounting department to secure a proper collection of his due invoices. 2. Principal Accountabilities · Handles customer complaints. · Identifies and resolve client concerns. · Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. · Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. · Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients. · Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. · Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. · Identifies sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned · Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts. · Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge. · Establishes and maintain current client and potential client relationships. · Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services · Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. · Follows-up for collection of payment. · Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. · Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees. · Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up. · Coordinates company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. · Develops and implements special sales activities to reduce stock · Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. · Performs other duties as assigned. 3. Key Performance Indicators 1. Brands Development · Numerical distribution (increase number of clients) and coverage (in terms of a synergetic routing plan for distribution). · Sales variation by item (introduction of new items). · Exposure, Visibility and Special deals [using available promotional materials] 2. Competencies · Individual behavior [integrity, decisiveness, flexibility] · Interpersonal behavior [client oriented, sales after service, verbal communication] · Intellectual behavior [problem analysis] · Managerial behavior [promote team work, act as a guide for his team] 3. Management information · Weekly Sales feedback & Progress report. · Monthly Progress Report, due dates and Pending list. · Daily “To do list” review with the sales supervisor. · Weekly / Monthly market reports; if needed or requested. · Distribution Routing update and follow up · Follow up on sales targets and/or task given by the sales manager.
