Online Sales Coordinator / Online Sales Executive / Ecommerce Executive
Job Description
• Comprehensive key account management of the assigned e- commerce platforms. (Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, Jazp and Jokoka)
• Plan appropriate marketing activities to optimize marketing for each phase of the consumers buying
• Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all website queries. · Create & maintain website content and products prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
• To identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase and monitoring the online presence and rate position of relevant competitors.
• Assist in the development and execution of online accounts related to seasonal marketing plans.
• Process all sales orders from various online platforms in a timely and organized manner
• Follow up on sales order status until order flflow is complete and manage the sales return
