Building Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a reliable Facilities Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor to oversee/do all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s properties. A great Supervisor will have a solid understanding of AC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Manager

• Meet the tenants regularly to determine priorities of improvement.

• Inspect properties regularly for any improvements and upkeep.

• Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance.

• Resource and outsource helpers and labours.

• If needed do the job by self.

• Track all material and tool expenses

• Always maintain a well-groomed and clean building appearance.

• Utilize approved outside contractors for larger jobs.

Qualifications for Building Maintenance Manager

• Building Maintenance with Min 6 years of experience in UAE

• Ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once

• Strong team building and management skills

• A familiarity with tools of the trade

• Experience working on high-rise mechanical a plus

• Solid communications skills

• Valid UAE Driving License
