• 8-10 years’ experience
• Extensive Hotel building exp.
• Middle east experience will be advantage
• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or higher
• Professionally registered with SACQS
• MRICS
• Proficient in Dimx & WinQS
• 3 Year contract
