• To manage Lifecycle Service operations from Quote to Cash
• To manage Customer Care function for MEA service business including but not limited to pricing, proposal activity and order entry functions
• Manage Service Execution & Workshop teams to drive best in class fulfilment and utilization metrics, including parts procurement and mobilization of MEA based service resources
• To drive process and productivity increases across service operations customer care and service execution teams
• To work with Channels on identifying opportunities to grow service business, and formulate fulfilment strategies to meet market requirements
• Deliver KPI’s results in line with the BU objectives including:
• Sales Operations Planning for Services
• Profit and loss accountability
• Utilization measurement and optimization
• Manage and lead customer service department
• Review and development of Lifecycle service personnel
Quality Assurance/Health & Safety
• To take responsibility for quality control of all work performed and determination of safety codes and engineering standards applicable to repair work performed.
• To take responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment(s) and adhering to all Emerson / Flow Controls policies as well as OSHA
• To review and approval of Inspection and Test Plans & Documentation, processes, and procedures
• To implement non-conformance processes, corrective actions, and preventive action processes
• To interact with product engineers, representatives, suppliers, 3rd party inspection agency and customers to resolve quality issues and field any questions that arise.
• To coordinate an internal quality program, customer surveillance, third party inspection, and regulatory agency audits.
• To keep employees advised of changes in work practices.
Employee Relations
• To take responsibility for employee relations, community relations, government relations for all locations in his/her geographical region
• To take responsibility for all staffing, including recruiting and selecting both direct labour and support functions
• To take responsibility for the personal development of your direct reports.
• To provide/delegate training and assist in problem-solving.
• To maintain employee focus on quality programs.
• To keep employees advised of changes in work practices.
• To collect, document, and provide feedback to employees on the quality of their workmanship and authorize any rework as deemed necessary to achieve zero defects.
• To provide guidance and feedback to employees on day to day job activities or responsibilities to ensure your direct reports maintain focus on productive business tasks
• To coach and develop our National workforce in Saudi Arabia to a satisfactory degree of competency
Health & Safety
• To ensure effective leadership in HSE, leading by example and setting the direction for a successful health and safety program and creating a foundation for a positive safety culture.
• To discuss Health and Safety first or at least early on the agenda of every meeting.
• To ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy.
• To have active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
• To conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employee
• To ensure 100% utilization of the Emerson Safety App.
