About the Job
• Responsible for leading the full recruitment process for all roles across the company. This also means leading the sourcing process to find top talent for our offices across the middle east.
• Candidate Screening: responsible for screening resumes determining which candidates meet the minimum requirements to move to the next step in the hiring process
• Write and post job descriptions & post them across platforms
• Conduct market mapping and create a strong pipeline of candidates
• Interviewing: conducting initial interviews and narrowing the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager
• Work with key stakeholders mainly the founders and hiring managers to streamline recruitment/talent acquisition strategies & processes
