TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsible for HVAC Products Technical Support starting from Equipment Selections; CAD; Support on Installation Works; Commissioning Support to Team and Contractors; Conducting Product Training; Developing and managing new Services business; Scheduling of Service Teams; Knowledge-based approach in troubleshooting & Product Application for Client/ Contractors; Managing Spares, Consumables; Coordinate with Principal’s Technical Team/ Factory; Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile
 Mechanical Engineer (B.E.) preferable or Graduates; Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical); Thorough understanding of Air-conditioning Equipment; Excellent trouble shooting skills on AC Systems and finding remedies and communicating with Client/ Contractor/ Factory; Understanding of Autocad basic; Technical Training for Sales and Service Team and Dealers.
 UAE D/L is a must; Good spoken and written
