Logistics Coordinator

We are a Food Distribution company located in DIP 2.

Looking for young professionals willing to learn and grow along with our company in the Logistics Department in the capacity of Logistics Coordinator.

Monitor and Assist drivers using the GPS assistance for expediting the deliveries and communicating effectively with customers for efficient and prompt deliveries. And ensuring all drivers report within the Turn Around Time for each trip/route.

Effective communication within the departments (warehouse, customer service, finance & purchasing) as and when required and providing assistance to the drivers to execute the deliveries.

Handling of E-Commerce deliveries is and added advantage.

Routine system checks for loading accuracy and contiunuos followups with the drivers till delivery completion.

Returns handling and re-processing of orders for re-scheduled deliveries.

Checking of delivery acknowledgement and closely checking the system for delivery completion with duly signed POD.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in ERP/Transport Management Software is an added advantage.
