Ø Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Ø Explaining the service offerings of the company (with PowerPoint presentation). Ø Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and also set up and attending meetings. Ø Developing quotes business proposals and negotiating as per business needs. Ø Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers and finalizing deals. Ø Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company’s service. Ø Provide client support and handle client communications effectively. Ø Manage and close client businesses to achieve profitability. Ø Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
