الوصف الوظيفي Contract Duration: 11 months Job Purpose The Deputy Senior Manager will be responsible for the management of the Expo 2020 Commercial F&B;Outlets (including but not limited to restaurants, tea/coffee shops, cafes, food trucks, etc.) appointed to deliver services to Expo 2020. The position will be responsible for the following: • In collaboration with various internal departments, ensure execution, change management and successful and timely closure of various F&B;Partner Agreements • Facilitate delivery of contractual obligations by the F&B;Partner, while ensuring compliance to contractual requirements and agreed KPIs, and Expo’s Policies, Procedures and guidelines • Revenue Management activities and requirements, in coordination with the Commercial and Financial Support Office, and the Finance team • Commercial team’s interface with the respective Zonal Operations Center (ZOC) • Issue resolution and management of ay challenges faced in the delivery of F&B;Partner contractual obligations • Coordination with internal Expo Departments to facilitate service delivery and delivery of Expo Committed Rights and Benefits • As applicable, manage the appointment of new F&B;Partners for services that have been identified and approved at services required by Expo 2020 with the Procurement and Contracts Department. Core Accountabilities Strategic Responsibilities (only for Managerial roles and above) • Contract and Relationship Management of specific Commercial Accounts, to facilitate and enable delivery in accordance with Contractual Commitments and in line with Expo Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and other requirements • Management of internal Expo stakeholders to ensure that services and rights and benefits are provided to F&B;Partners in line with Expo Commitments • Revenue Assurance and Management of all accounts allocated to the Senior Account Manager, and to any Account Managers Reporting into the Senior Account Manager • Consolidate and share relevant information pertaining to Commercial on-site operations with the relevant Operational teams • Seek and develop opportunities that leverage the F&B;program tapping into the vast array of options within the Expo site to create bundled service options Operational Responsibilities • Work with cross-functional departments, End Users such as Brand Management, Marketing and Communications, Programming, Partner Marketing, Sustainability, Worker Welfare and Real Estate, Delivery/PPD, Operations, etc., to ensure that Expo’s obligations and/or the rights and benefits of the partners are delivered, the agreed promotional activities are conducted successfully, as well as ensure that the F&B;Partner adheres to the contractual requirements and acceptable service levels. • Regular meetings and communication with the various commercial parties/relationship management. • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of promotional activities with commercial tenants (ex. F&B;Discounts) • Deal with change requests with and without financial impact in coordination with relevant Expo functions • Review and approve changes of preloaded information on RIAB (products, menus, pricing, promotions, etc…) • Coordinate with each outlet on the number of accreditation and validate the numbers against their operational requirements, reviewing each submissions and approving. • Inspection of Expo owned F&B;tenants to spot check on expense elements and fixed assets/equipment • Service Levels and random monitoring of various KPIs including but not limited to: Queue Time, Menus, Pricing, Quality, Out of Stock, Food Safety, Food Quality, and Number of Customer Complaints. • Contracted staff – General appearance, approved uniform including requirements for food safety, availability of minimum staffing requirements, plus general health and well-being. • Compliance (of all operational aspects, including but not limited to partner’s F&B;product offerings, arrangements, and practices) with the Expo Wide policy and procedures and regulatory requirements • Represent the Commercial team in the Zonal Operations Center (ZOC): o Attendance of daily / weekly ZOC meetings o Brief the wider commercial team (including other account managers, zonal managers, or Directors – as the case may be) regarding the key action pointers / updates from the ZOC meetings, such as directives which may impact the operations for Commercial entities or disrupt their normal plans o Collate the information required from the wider commercial team (including other account managers, zonal managers, or Directors – as the case may be), for suitable presentation in the ZOC meetings • Account management of the allocated F&B;Partners, including but not limited to coordination of regular meetings, tracking against agreed timelines and achieving key milestones, preparation and distribution relevant correspondence, preparation of presentations and follow-up; • Preparation and consolidation of reporting requirements for F&B;Partners, where applicable include tracking against targets and KPIs, such as sales, footfalls, etc. • Review the change requests and update the agreements of the F&B;Partners in compliance to the change management procedures / practices • Coordinate and collaborate with the various Expo entities and its internal departments to ensure all Commercial arrangements are delivered successfully • Capture and share visitor feedback with F&B;Partner(s), and finalize any changes required for enhancing the visitor experience / facilities • Ensure that the all F&B;Partners (including but not limited to restaurants, tea/coffee shops, cafes, food trucks, etc.) are compliant with Partnership guidelines and do not make any modifications to their operation that would ambush an Expo 2020 Official Premier Partner, an Official Partner and Provider.
