الوصف الوظيفي Main objective is to lead and participate effectively in the generation of revenue from wholly owned Real Estate assets or those for partners. This will entail business development and relationship building plus obtaining long-term leasing agreements and collection of debts whether directly or through team members. The role holder will also manage and mentor the Real Estate team (Sales, Collections and Administrative) in realizing their development and performance targets. Responsibilities: • Formulate tactics to optimize short and long-term leasing and accordingly, financial performance. • Managing and continually improving all activities, aspects and personnel for leasing and collections of commercial as well as residential Real Estate. • Establish strong relationship with various clients; existing and prospective, individual and corporate, such as organizations, retail chains and use the same in obtaining leasing opportunities and debt collection. • Develop the brokerage part of the business by attracting more private and public investors/ partners, study the feasibility of managing their assets, validate with top management and seal the deals. • Lead the achievement of short-termed targeted revenues of all leasing, sales and debt collections of real estate units. • Hold meetings and set targets on daily basis with team, monitor progress and support achievement of the same. • Resolve all issues and concerns of customers as well as team members. • Stay abreast with market and customer trends and advise Chairman and CEO on asset marketing, opportunities and pricing for leasing real estates. • Submit written progress reports to Chairman and CEO to update them on work progress, support needed, suggestions for better performance including, but not limited to, marketing needs, units’ maintenance requirements. • Ensure timely and apt performance from the administrative in supporting the sales team as well as the customers. • Collaborate with Facilities Management and ensure all identified issues are attended to and new concerns are reported and scheduled to be resolved. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/real-estate-manager-4388749/ |
