The Business

A modern power plant that is just going in to commercial operation.

The Opportunity

This role reports to the Operations Manager and manages a team of Shift Leaders for 24/7 electricity production.
The key responsibilities are the day-to-day management of generation activities, championing HSQE culture and developing the team.

The Candidate

Candidates should have a Degree in Engineering and 3+ years experience as a Shift Charge Engineer or similar.
An all-inclusive salary of up to 20,000 AED per month is on offer. Family status VISA, flights and medical are provided. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across 24/7 operations.
