الوصف الوظيفي Market Analysis and Intelligence Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape - understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors. • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. Monitor competitor activity. • Conduct marketing surveys on current and new services. Understand customers’ needs and wants and adjust accordingly. • Provide market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the Senior Leadership team, to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation. Strategy, Planning and Policies and Procedures Identify and map business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and customer needs (new and existing). • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. • Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans to build awareness of all products and services. • Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans. • Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels including offline marketing initiatives, email, print, direct mail, social media, company website, SEM/SEO strategy development and brand awareness. • Study the organisation’s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services. • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective annual marketing plans for each product or service. • Create and implement all policies and procedures to establish a well-functioning Marketing Department. • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise/adjust accordingly. • Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products and services Events Management Create and organise an annual calendar of marketing events such as parent’s evenings, recitals, promotions, exhibitions, concerts, Hallmark holidays, workshops, community events, graduation, open days and fundraising activities. • Prepare and ensure strict adherence to event budget planning and expenditure. • Manage the co-ordination and organisation of all school events including venue selection, contract negotiation and signing, invitation management, final attendance lists, DTCM approval etc. with attention to financial and time constraints. • Ensure the smooth-running of all events, step up to resolve any problems that might occur and supervise all event staff when required. • Foster community relations through community events and involvement in community initiatives. • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, community management, mall management and suppliers. • Liaise with venues to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate. Lead promotional activities for all events. • Co-ordinate all school events by working closely with department managers. • Co-ordinate, represent and promote the school at exhibitions and provide market analysis post-event. • Source and secure sponsorship/partnerships for events as required. • Obtain customer feedback for all events using feedback surveys. Evaluate the success of all events and submit reports to the senior leadership team. Website and E-Marketing Manage the website. Create fresh and up-to-date web content. Update the website with information about the school, events, blog etc. • Ensure all school information is accurate and updated on external directories. • Concept and write branded advertising campaigns, email/social media campaigns, promotional materials, blogs, web content, press releases and other e-marketing-related content. • Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. • Produce valuable and engaging content for social media pages that attracts and converts the target groups. • Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytical tools. Present this data in an easy to understand format. • Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports. • Provide ideas and input into the development of new e-marketing materials. • Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of the monthly newsletter and any other eshots circulated to internal and external audiences. Marketing Collateral and Branding Manage the stock of all marketing collateral i.e. brochures, gift vouchers etc. Create a system to identify when stock needs to be replenished. • Select and order promotional merchandise for exhibitions and for use as corporate gifts. • Manage printers and other promotional vendors. • Manage and ensure consistent branding and availability of collateral across all branch locations. Public Relations • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, the community, employees and public interest groups. • Liaise with, provide information to and answer questions from the media for press releases, arranging interviews with employees etc. Lead Generation and Sales Enablement Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Research business opportunities and viable income streams. Explore new business opportunities. • Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers. • Prepare and deliver proposal/sales presentations as and when required. • Coordinate introductions and arrange meetings with prospective partners. Build long-term relationships with partners. • Develop a detailed database of potential new customer/clients for the business. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. • Report on successes and improvement areas. Any other duty assigned by the Management. المهارات Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing. • Professional Marketing certificate or membership is an advantage. Experience Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a managerial role with five (5) years’ experience in a Marketing role. • Previous work experience in the UAE is a must.
