Job Description · The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with prospective buyers globally, selling Devmark’s exclusive projects both ready and off-plan. · Identifying new business opportunities for clients through calling and proactively approaching relevant contacts generated through marketing campaigns. · It would be desirable if you have a current network in Dubai to work with and close deals as well as via campaigns. · Candidate must be willing to work 6 days a week to drive sales. · Educate International clients about UAE real estate market and help to select the best investment opportunity · Consistent follow up with client until concluding the sale · Maintain a higher conversion rate on company leads · Capture all notes, conversations and updates thoroughly in the company’s CRM · Communicate clearly and comprehensively via emails with clients about project details and sales process المهارات · Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage · Previous sales or leasing experience preferred · Having a good network / database of investors · Added advantages would be for RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified · UAE driving license along with a car is a necessity · Ability to join as soon as possible · Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems · Good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills · Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work · Advance level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions · Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables. · Positive and hardworking attitude Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Quarterly Bonus Scheme تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-property-advisor-4386460/ |
