الوصف الوظيفي The Technical Product Manager will be reporting to the CEO and will be expected to gain an excellent grasp of business requirements and strategy, and use this knowledge to deliver robust and scalable applications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage a multi-cultural technology team including software developers, UI designers, QA, and DevOPs, while liaising with all other business functions. This position also involves frequent interaction and communication with clients and other stakeholders. Main Tasks Product roadmap planning and management of the entire product portfolio including compliance and infrastructure for our solutions in each serviceable market Own and lead product and technology roadmap with the support of both in-house and outsourced software engineering teams Define and improve existing software development and release cycles to achieve maximum throughput of the given team Perform ongoing risk assessment and highlight potential roadblocks to senior management in advance Able to professionally communicate regularly with all product / business stakeholders include core business and technical teams, customers, vendors and B2B clients Provide and discuss product utilization reports periodically and present them to the relevant audience المهارات Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Business Management or equivalent Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the product/technology management team in the software industry. Desired industry: health-tech, B2B SaaS, Digital marketplace Excellent communication skills in English Strong team leadership, management, coordination and analytical thinking skills Sound knowledge and understanding of how technology products and platforms work in a high compliance industry (health-tech is highly regulated across the markets we operate) Proficiency in time and project management are critical to success in this role to ensure that product deliverables and timelines are met, and SLAs are adhered to. Must have the ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple projects, working with people at all levels of an organization.
