الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Required Experience : Ideally the candidate should have 25+ years of experience in managing large scale architectural design projects of international repute, who should be managing a team of minimum 20-25 Architects working on various projects at any given time in their current job with an educational qualification of B.Arch / M.Arch or PhD. The candidate should have strong communications skills in English (written and verbal); proven ability to handle multi-million dollar large scale complex projects from concept design to construction drawings; possess extensive knowledge in architectural technical design and detailing coupled with strong co-ordination skills; extensive project delivery and management experience in ensuring work is delivered on time and to budget; excellent relationship management skills both internally within the team and externally at wider company level; self-motivated and capable of operating in an environment of a large team of multi-disciplinary set-up; strong people management and mentoring skills; extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control of architectural design works FifthEdge Process: We have a long list of Project Management Consulting and Main Contracting companies who are always looking for Top Candidates for their future projects across the GCC Region!
