Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

المهارات
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Candidate should be based in UAE.
At least 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment (in an agency)
