The role will lead and manage business operations by coordinating with internal departments and other stakeholders and managing the entire value chain of sales and production
Develop and build long-term sustainable relationships with end-users, contractors, and EPC’s in International locations to ensure the best prices and delivery terms that can optimize margins on all projects
Carry our market research and gather industry intelligence to ensure strategic and annual business aligned with market reality and realistic to achieve
Plan and achieve year-on-year growth from different Market segments such as MRO, Stock Sales, Projects, and Flow Lines
Remain up-to-date with business developments in the Valves industry locally, regionally, and worldwide to identify major business development opportunities
Responsibility for managing the turnover, gross margins, and profitability as per budgets
Manage the process of Procurement and technical evaluation for the Valves business
Negotiate effectively with suppliers to obtain the competitive pricing of product projects and at the right price to maximize profitability on orders
Stimulate subordinates and contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the areas of improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
المهارات
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from a reputed institute
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a Valve manufacturing setup, of which five years should be in selling solutions (Valves) for EPC Projects
Should in their current capacity be in the role of a Manager with P & L responsibility generating 30-40mn $ sales turnover in the flow control manufacturing distribution business
Knowledge of International markets and cultural sensitivities while dealing with Suppliers and our International Offices
Must have a strong Techno-commercial background
Should be good at strategic thinking, strategy development, and its implementation
