Requirements: well versed with all UAE locations, communication skill, computer knowledge, Hindi language preferred
Experience: Mandatory in F&B;logistic background
Job responsibilities:
• Assist and support the Operation Team as needed and other Logistics Teams by interacting with other departments in cross-functional projects.
• Collaborates with the Planning team on planning assignments. Remains plugged in while team are deployed, ensuring the execution of the plan or making adjustments as necessary in real-time, as well as conditions on the ground.
• Monthly delivery reporting: preparation and analysis.
• Supervision of drivers ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Roll out & implement agreed processes to a new setup & deliver proactive solutions.
• Proactively handle customer routing request by coordinating and/or dispatching shipment activities and provide specific report requests for the customer.
• Preparing the Bimonthly and Monthly delivery reports for the allocated clients .Coordinate with driver to deliver the products to the customer on time without fail/delay
