Position Title:  Demi Chef de Partie (Hot Section)

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 3.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

The company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.

Job Description:

Prepare all types of sushi and Chinese cuisine
Add additional flavours to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
Manage food preparation activities
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking procedures

المهارات
Qualifications:

Open to Filipino, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Indonesian, and Indian
Male, 38 y/o and below
At least 1 year of experience in Chinese cuisine
Experience in making sushi would be an advantage
Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
