Job Description:
We are currently looking to recruit a SME Sales Manager to join Al Futtaim Motors, namely Toyota (SME) Small and Medium Establishment Department.
The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, initiating, guideline, lead team and develop the business with SME through sustainable growth
Key Responsibilities:
Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the (SME) Small and Medium Establishment prospects and analyzing sales options.
Maintains relationship with SME customers by providing support, information and recommending solutions.
Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors and continue focusing on special action models and marketing activities throughout the year.
Increase the SME Business by attacking the market and focus on new opportunities and the expected growth and progress in Abu Dhabi, Alin & western region.
Drive the SME team members successfully to professional presence and provides the SME team members with information, assistance and a helping hand for the business in the most efficient manner.
Monitor/supervising daily activities of SME Sales Executives in order to achieve targets and take necessary actions whenever required.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Maximize the revenue and margin contribution by focusing on sales of Profitable business
Identifying weaknesses to improve the professionalism of SME sales operations
Build and maintain update database to assist in future SME sales.
Improve the level of customer satisfaction with all department to ensure continued repeat sales.
Introduce standard operating procedures for all SME companies to increase future sales.
Ensure that all policies and processes are followed up and maintained
Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines.
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate level
Minimum Experience: At least five years in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role
Job-Specific Skills: Good understanding of the SME and/or B2B business in the UAE and good knowledge of automotive product and Toyota product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to B2B customers
Behavioural Competencies: Proficiency in English. Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiator & very persuasive.
Must be honest and responsible with high levels of personal integrity and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
