الوصف الوظيفي Contract Duration: 9 months Job Purpose The Expo Operations Office coordinates, integrates and assures the planning, decision-making and reporting activity of the Operations Division in order to deliver seamless, cross-functional operations that delight all guest groups. The role of Manager Reporting in the Expo Operations Office is to manage all reporting across Operations division to support decision-making. Core Accountabilities Operational Responsibilities • Prepare various layers of management reports that suits the different level of management across Operations Division up to Chiefs level. • Conduct detailed analysis on the reporting data that support the decision making process across Operations Division. • Prepare executive-level reporting for Ops division, which can vary to include milestones, budget, contracts or ad-hoc updates • Provide the quality assurance on all reports for Ops division • Develop all necessary templates that facilities the integration of data from the existing platforms and/or systems into the reporting structure • Consolidate data from various Operations functions and summarize into executive level • Develop databases to collate necessary information for executive-level reports • Support the team in the development of the event time reporting structure utilising the existing platforms and/or systems along with identifying any additional requirements to facilitate reporting and streamline the process • Develop contingency plans for event time reporting to ensure timely delivery of the periodic reports in case of any challenges or issues with the established reporting system المهارات Essential (must have to perform the role • Bachelor’s Degree • 6+ years’ experience in project management • 2+ years data analytics experience and reporting to C-suite • Expert level in Microsoft Excel • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop solutions • Structured thinker, highly organized • Flexible, resilient and positive through organisational growth and change • Transparency, integrity and honesty Desirable (advantageous ) • Experience of working in the GCC region • Knowledge of Mega Event operational planning and delivery Core /Functional Competencies: • Creativity & Innovation • Specialized Job Knowledge • Effective Communication • Problem Solving & Analysis • Cultural Sensitivity • Dependability & Initiative Functional Competencies • Professional Ethics • Personal Accountability • Effective Communication • Planning & Organizing • Dependability & Initiative • Supporting & Cooperating • Accountability and Motivation Specialized Job Knowledge • Stability & Resilience Problem Solving & Analysis • Creativity & Innovation • Governance and Compliance • Cultural Sensitivity Leadership Competencies • Strategic Thinking • Influence & Negotiation • Delegation and Supervision Leadership • Leading Change تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/manager-reporting-4377414/ |
