Maintenance Manager Chief Engineer
We are looking for the below position to work with our group in Fujairah, UAE.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience overseeing Maintenance & Engineering(MEP,HVAC, Fire alarm Fire fighting, civil maintenance) of private or/- Residential or commercial property.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations, Preventive Maintenance schedules, Subcontractor management etc.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, AC units, Chillers, Fire alarm and life safety, Carpentry etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Fluency in English
• Preference - Candidates with prior experience in Star hotels as Asst Engineers or Maintenance Engineers or prior experience in Facility Maintenance will be considered.
