To build a business relationship with customers to achieve the organization’s objectives (sales, collection of receivables, and customer service).
Responsibility
Daily visits to pharmacies/hospitals - Build a good business relationship with customers.
Introducing new products to customers - Make sure to create product awareness and availability
Collecting orders for the products - Make sure that adequate stocks of each product are available in pharmacies/hospitals
Collecting receivables - Make sure no overdue or written receivables
Coordination with our supplier representatives - Double visits to customers to boost sales
Follow up with IDS stores for delivery - To make sure all placed orders are delivered on time.
Ensure the product consumer products visibility in the outlets - To have a good display for IDS products in the retail outlets and to ensure the best availability and visibility.
Exploring new opportunities and products - Being updated with the new products and developments of the market
Management reports - To send sales/collection reports (daily, weekly and monthly) as instructed by his direct manager.
المهارات
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field
- Good relations with big chain of pharmacies in DUBAI
- Valid UAE License
- Bachelors degree in Business or similar
