We are looking for you as
Sales Manager Power Tools in GCC
Your responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities for a new brand to the local market in target customers, execute sales plan and manage daily sales processes for the dedicated customer group and ensure that the sales strategies of the company are implemented in order to achieve the pre-determined company targets
Carrying out regular customer visits in order to introduce company’s current product portfolio and providing technical and commercial information in accordance with the needs
Professionally conduct technical product demos and training for the customers
Monitoring the sales performance of customers and receiving and giving feedback on critical issues, directing customers to achieve their goals
Cooperating with the team members to develop and implement marketing activities and campaigns in line with the sales targets and projects in order to increase market share
Understanding the needs of the customers and providing internal coordination in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Following the sales, marketing and logistic activities of competitors in the market in certain intervals and reporting these to the management.
Managing customer complaints and product return processes
Serving as the main contact person in the company for the dedicated customers and coordinate their needs with local support functions in logistics, marketing, finance and service
providing monthly sales forecasts
Responsible for customer payments, observing the customer’s financial risks, tracking customers’ future collection and reporting of identified risks to the management. Ensuring that invoices are paid accurately and on time
Ability and willingness to extensively travel in the GCC countries
Reporting to the regional general manager.

المهارات
Regional sales experience of at least 5 years in one of the following fields is a MUST: power tools, hand tools, industrial equipment, hardware
Fluency in English is a MUST
Excellent skills in deal closing
Well-developed communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Team-player as well as high grade of independent work style
Solid experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
UAE driving license
