Job Description:
• Technician having experience of handling:
• Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Electrical Repairs, Painting, Plumbing & General Maintenance Work
• Experience of communicating & dealing with Clients at Residences & Offices
• Should be able to work & handle situation individually
Job Requirement:
• Nationality: Any
• Language: English (Required)
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
• Good experience in facility management maintenance department
• Multi-purpose technician
• Hard worker and responsible for detailed work.
• Energetic
• Self-motivated
• Willing to manage all MEP Systems and Civil
• Candidates on visit visa/ cancelled visa/ Job lost Peoples only preferred.
• Preference given to candidates who are currently in UAE and those who can join immediately.
