The client company is an established player in the Business Setup Consultancy & Management space. The company is on an expansion mode and is hiring passionate professionals to join their young and vibrant team.

The client is looking to recruit Business Setup Consultants at their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and well-organized Marketing professional. A Business Setup Consultant is the single point of reference for the company’s clients. The goal is to showcase the company’s services, providing premium customer service and closing deals successfully. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of setting up a company in Mainland, Free Zone, Onshore / Offshore and Business Setup in the United Arab Emirates.

JOB ACTIVITIES:

Provide complete business setup advice to clients who want to set up their business in the UAE (free zones, mainland, offshore)
Attend business events when necessary in order to acquire new business for the company
Prepare and organise all documents and applications required for business setup and visa transactions.
Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements and their resulting impact on business needs
Co-ordinate with the marketing team and provide them with the content for advertisements and campaigns
Must be a self-starter, organised go-getter, quality-oriented and performance oriented individual
Excellent in presentation, proposal preparation, excel based forms and MIS sheets, policy drafting and publishing and research paper work

The role entails a salary plus exciting incentive structure & future growth prospects.

Experience and Qualifications

· Business Setup Consultant experience of a minimum of 3 years

· Commerce Graduate with Marketing credits or Post graduation in Marketing

· Excellent Knowledge of current government regulations and Strong background in UAE company laws.

· Familiarity with UAE Labour and Immigration Ministries and other government bodies including expert-level knowledge about UAE Free zone & Mainland Company Incorporation.

· Knowledge of different types of Government Approvals in order to ensure businesses run legally and seamlessly.

· Ability to manage relationships at multiple levels in with private companies and government agencies.

· Strong communication & reasoning skills
