Dynamic Interior Design and Architecture Company in Dubai is looking a Site Engineer with 3 years’ experience in small scale project such as residential villas and fit out work to join the team!
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
• Prepare and follow up a small-scale project program.
• Assist in preparing a BOQ for a small-scale project.
• Follow and push contractor’s activities on site.
• Review the contractor quality work on site.
• Assist in obtaining technical and commercial offers for provisional sum items.
• Work as the main communication channel between the site team and the design team.
• Monitor contractor’s workflow and follow-up submittals forms.
• Liaise with the contractor on authorities on approvals.
Software Skills: AutoCAD, Primavera or MS Project, Office Suits, Revit
Must have own car and hold an UAE driving license.
Office location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.
Working hours: Sun-Thu, 9am – 6pm.
