Pharmacy Accountant Required
Job Synopsis:
• Day to day finance and accounts operations
• cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting
• Should have worked as a Pharmacy Accountant & a better understanding in the accounting of Pharmacies.
• Reconciliations of Company’s Related Account & Schedule of all Prepayments and Employee’ Provisions
• Checking Suppliers Invoices, SOA , Credit Note
• Perform month-end accounting activities and prepare the monthly Trial Balance
• Prepare fortnightly cash position
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
• Respond to accounting inquiries from Management in a timely manner
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to Management
• Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
• Evaluate computerized accounting system and provide recommendations to I.T. team for performance improvements
• Coordinate with Accounts team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to Management as needed
