Hiring Sales Executive for Building Material / Construction
Responsibilities
• Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential clients
• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects clients; recommending solutions.
• Study the type of products and adjust content of sales presentations
• Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints
• Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Negotiate with clients
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Personality, skills and competencies
• Strong projects database in construction field
• Strong professional and Personal Network includes Developers, contractors, consultants, engineers and end users
• Presentation Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
