A reputable and growing pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The main responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain connections with governmental authorities
Conduct field visits and sponsorships in order to support the implementation of network expansion strategy
Monitor the implementation of company policies and governmental regulations
Working closely with Network Development and Store Design teams
Work with the finance department to prepare an estimated P&L;.
Manage and lead the assigned team
Monitor retail operations
Review and monitor budget allocation
Support new business development
Ensure key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels are met
Support in Human Resources (HR) operations and transactions in the region

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
8 – 10 years of relevant experience
Well versed with Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
Possesses critical thinking & problem solving skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
