Job Description -

· ● Establish active communication and engagement with the sales team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

● Create and maintain sales reports, purchase, inventory and statement of account.

● Provide support on data analysis, follow-up payments.

● Prepare and follow-up offers.

● Create & distribute presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads.

● Support in completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

● Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale.

● Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

● Prepare invoices, Sales Order, Credit Note and other documents required.

● Perform other related tasks as and when needed

● Prior experience in sales
