Business Analyst

We have an urgent opening for Business Analyst position.
• 5 or more years of experience in Insurance domain - Motor, Life, Medical and Commercial LOBs
• Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Experience in problem analysis and process
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and
• Visio
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
• Demonstrate expertize of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Able to guide the business on change importance and right prioritization
• Able to guide the business on value added changes avoid non value added changes with focus on business
• Process transformation
• Able to prepare effective test cases, hands on experience of defects management tool & should be able to drive
• The test case strategy
• Academic Qualification
• Any PMP or Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
• Functional knowledge of SDLC.
• Organizational skills
• Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
