Position Title: Procurement Supply Chain Specialist
Employment Type: Contract/ Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in the UAE
Job Description:
Prepare and manage contractors for drilling and well services operations
Timely procurement/contracting of materials/services, understands the local market sector requirements for third party goods and services
Responsible for commercial and contractual correspondence with contractors
Preparation of contracts from strategy preparation through the tendering process, award, post-contract administration, claims and close out
Ensure that all tender and contract documentation is complete and accurate
Skilled in negotiation, performance management, supplier evaluation and selection
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 45 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
At least 5 years of experience in the same role from oil and gas industry in GCC region
Strong background in service contracts, international commercial laws and arbitration procedures
Proficient in using ERP software
