HR Administrator Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR Administrator, who will be responsible for the operation of our office at Abu Dhabi.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Maintaining Employee Records
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing databases.
• Recruiting new employees as per requirements.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Office Manager Requirements:
• A bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Human Resource & office administration.
• Good Understanding of Labor Law
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
