Position Title: Commi

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

High-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai franchising across the Gulf.

Job Description:

Assists the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes

Prepares daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen

Prepares measures and mixes ingredients according to established recipe cards and ▪ methods

Participates in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion

Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

Open to Asian candidates

Male, 35 years old and below

Culinary related education

Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a fine dining or high-end casual stand-alone restaurants in the UAE

Must be available to start immediately
