Looking for Sales Merchandisers with 3 years FMCG (preferred snacks industry) experience to be assigned within any Emirates as per the company requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising for assigned territory, updates supervisor with the requested reports accurately
• Ensure that correct stock levels are maintained with designated sectors
• Responsible for replenishment of goods within stores as required
• Ensure appropriate display of products, as per client standards
• Responsible for obtaining valid LPOs from Clients and delivering to assigned person
• Responsible for “near expiry” items
• Responsible for achieving KPIs and targets set by Sales Supervisor
• Responsible for obtaining quality feedback and comments from Clients Requirements
• Modern Trade background preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a highly dynamic person
• Possess excellent time-management skills
• Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Be able to easily prioritize
• Perform and finalize tasks as per requirement
• Be a natural problem solver
• Proactive and ability to work under pressure.
