Site Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Planning the delivery of the project at hand
Managing day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments
Reporting progress on projects to sector management; maintaining and updating project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard
Planning and arranging visits to existing and new potential clients, ensuring that every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationship
Developing contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase
Producing reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required

المهارات
Must have proven working experience in construction management
Must have at least 10 years’ of experience as Project manager in UAE
Must have experienced in managing and coordinating project tasks and trade Engineering
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understand all facets of the construction process
Knowledge of local laws and all authority regulations
BS degree in Civil Engineering
Pre- and post-contract experience
Accredited to a relevant professional body, eg PMP
Good commercial, design and project management awareness, technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external)
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
Project Management in terms of resource planning & scheduling.
Contract(s) Administration and implementation of various versions of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts

Required License/Certification:

UAE Driving License
Dubai Municipality (G+12) License
