• Mentoring and training ability
• High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong Leadership motivational and people skills
• Overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the outlet
• Managing and training outlet associates
• Proven work experience as an Outlet Manager
• BSC Degree in business Administration, hospitality Management or culinary schooling is a plus
