- Contacting current and potential customers
- Schedule meetings with IR Directors and clients
- Monitoring and encouraging existing sales assistant staff
- Developing sales strategies, creating sales forecast for the team and achieving it
- Conducts weekly and monthly performance review
- Monitoring outbound daily performance
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures, maintain productivity report
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting back to senior managers
المهارات
Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing in/outbound sales and customer service
Excellent oral and written English
Advanced knowledge of call center services industry and best practices
Enthusiastic and motivating personality
A proven track record of achieving sales and quality goals
Excellent motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to develop leaders
Strong focus on continuous improvements and operational optimization
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and multiple operating system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively respond to questions from Top Management, clients and partners
